Male (21) seeking studio in Utrecht

Dear Landlord, My name is Daidi and I'll start my MSc in Applied Cognitive Psychology at UU this fall. I've been living in Utrecht for the past 3 years and I am now looking for a new place to stay. My father will act as a guarantor and I have all the required documents. I understand that the rental market is competitive and it can be challenging for landlords to decide which tenant to pick. So, if it helps my case I'm also prepared to pay 100 euros extra in monthly rent and sign the contract immediately after the viewing. I can start renting immediately. Can you please let me know what the viewing schedule is like? I'm also open to do a video call viewing.
