I currently live in Diemen, and I am looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained independent studio or apartment near AMSIB. I am responsible, quiet, organized, and I take very good care of the place where I live. I don’t smoke inside, I keep my environment clean, and I always respect my neighbors’ privacy and peace. My current short-stay contract ends soon, so I am searching for a new place as soon as possible. Financially, I am fully stable. I have savings available, and I can also pay 3 months of rent in advance if required, since I do not have a Dutch guarantor yet. I am registered in the Netherlands, and all my documents (passport, enrollment proof, bank statements) are ready to provide immediately.
