We are a responsible, respectful couple looking for a long-term home in Barcelona. We live a calm and stable lifestyle, do not smoke or host parties, and care deeply for the homes we live in. Zam works in R&D and has a permanent contract, while Nico works independently in marketing and operations for travel companies based in the U.S. After years of traveling through North and South America, we are excited to establish a permanent base in Barcelona, a city we truly love. We also have a calm, well-behaved dog, Ramona, who is spayed, vaccinated, insured, and fully documented.
